She Moves Mountains Partners with So iLL for Breast Cancer Awareness

She Moves Mountains has partnered with So iLL and the Susan G Koman Foundation through the month of October for Breast Cancer Awareness.

Since 1982, Susan G Komen has been on the front line for growing awareness for Breast Cancer while funding more than $988M in research, more than $2.2 billion in education, screening and treatment, while serving millions over 60 countries worldwide. On average, 1 in 8 women will be diagnosed with Breast Cancer in their lifetime. For those who are not diagnosed, it is highly likely that you will know someone who has to go through the treatments, losing their hair from chemotherapy while battling the cancer for the rest of their lives.

For the month of October, we are dedicated to help promote and work with our partners for advocacy of Breast Cancer Awareness. We have donated two spots where we will be hosting two Breast Cancer Survivors from Susan G Komen Foundation to join us for a day of fun, laughter and climbing.

So iLL has joined our Campaign and when you purchase The One (with signature pink laces), 10 percent of your purchase goes directly to She Moves Mountains to help further the campaign to open spots in our clinics for Breast Cancer Survivors.

In November, join us to learn about how to give yourself or a loved one a proper self check exam. We will be joined by a Nurse Agent sent from the Susan G Komen Foundation at Peace.Strength.Yoga with the time and date TBA.

Breast Cancer has played a major competitor in most of our lives here at She Moves Mountains. We have lost loved ones, supported friends through treatments, and worked hard to spread awareness through the memories of those lost, and those here who still put on a darn good fight.
