At the bouldering technique clinic, we will teach basic and advanced movement skills catered to each climber. Understanding technique is as important, if not more important than being physically fit.
The day will start by discussing the different styles of bouldering and body positions. We will learn how the slightest movement can affect progression through a (boulder) problem and how this contributes to general confidence in climbing.
The instructor will note weaknesses and strengths in order to give feedback.
